Lion Children's author, Julia Golding, along with Andrew Briggs and Roger Wagner, gave a fabulous talk and signed copies of their new Curious Science Quest series at The Royal Institution on January 29th.

Julia Golding is a multi-award winning writer for adults and young adults, including the Cat Royal series. Former British diplomat and Oxfam policy adviser, she has now published over fifty books in genres ranging from historical adventure to fantasy. She has a doctorate in English literature from Oxford.

Andrew Briggs is Professor of Nanomaterials in the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford. He is best known for his early work in acoustic microscopy, and his current work in materials for quantum technologies.Roger Wagner is a prolific artist and author, with works spanning three decades. He works across many creative genres, including portrait, illustrated books, and stained glass.
