Mental Health Awareness Month

This year for Mental Health Awareness month, Mental Health Foundation is raising awareness of the impact of loneliness has on our mental health and the practical steps we can take to address it, highlighting the importance of community and our connections with others to our well-being. Below is a selection of Lion Hudson titles that encourage and support mental health for both children and adults, from beautiful picture books like Are You Sad Little Bear, to our God Cares series that provides a Biblical approach to discussing emotions and behaviour with children to nurture an attitude of wellness.
