  • Remembrance Day and First World War Centenary

    This Sunday, November 11, is Remembrance Day, and Lion Hudson would like to remember the wars of the past and later conflicts, and honour those brave servicemen and women who sacrificed themselves for our freedom and continue to do so. We’d also like to take this opportunity to remember Mark Hale, the husband of Lion Books author Brenda Hale, who was tragically taken from her while serving in Afghanistan.

    Lion Hudson exhibited at Frankfurt Book Fair this month. Frankfurt Book Fair is the largest book fair in the world, and it was a wonderful opportunity to present our fantastic new titles for 2019 and meet with authors, booksellers and publishers. The stand and banners advertising our 2019 children's book titles looked amazing, and we're sure you would agree!
