Praise for Kevin O'Donnell
'This is a marvel of scholarly compression and clarity; but it's more than that, because it helps the reader understand the Bible as a theological whoe, as a text with Christ as the centre of the entire tapestry of Old and New Testaments alike.'
Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury about A Pocket Guide to the Bible
‘I am happy to commend this little book to all who are beginning to read the Bible. It will be a help and an encouragement along the way, seeking to open hearts to the mercy of God.’
Cormac Murphy O’Connor, Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster about A Pocket Guide to the Bible
‘This small book is fantastic! … Easy-to-read, highly informative and packed with headline information, concentrated, valuable, sometimes surprising. A must read.’
Gerald Coates, Pioneer Network Leader, speaker, author and broadcaster about A Pocket Guide to the Bible
'Another fascinating read from Lion... It is a small book dealing with big ideas but these ideas are presented clearly and attractively and in sufficient depth for most readers to learn and enjoy.'
